Teri was my personal trainer about 6 years ago. She helped me with my posture, balance and overall strength. I felt energized and healthy. I'm glad to be back at her training camp.

Thank you Ismary! For a wonderful and fun Zumba class!! Very knowledgeable and caring . I will definitely come back for your class! Only issue was the floor that the gym offered is not the best for the dance class but I am sure they will work on this..
